PRODUCTION: Inside Panel - CD

In my mock-up I have used the Brighton "doughnut" for the CD design but in practice it didn't work with my blue, red, brown colour scheme.

Then I realised that I could make it seem like a doughnut but without using the image by tracing the lines of the doughnut with my own, darker lines creating a nice, simplistic effect.
The artists name and the album name looks blurred but it simply has red and blue overlay.
